Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Preston Pathway Tours. By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Reservations and Deposits

  • Initial Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $500 per person (Holy Land Tour) or $1,000 per person (New Zealand Tour) is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due no later than 90 days prior to the departure date. If the balance is not paid by this deadline, your reservation may be cancelled, and your deposit forfeited.

2. Pricing and Group Size

  • Group Participation: Our tour prices are based on group participation. If the final group size falls below the minimum required, we reserve the right to adjust the per-person cost or cancel the tour with a full refund.

  • Single Supplement: Prices are based on double occupancy. Individuals requesting a private room will be charged a single supplement fee as indicated on the itinerary.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds are processed based on the following schedule:

  • 91+ days before departure: Full refund minus the initial non-refundable deposit.

  • 61–90 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost is refundable.

  • 60 days or fewer before departure: No refunds will be issued.

  • Note: We cannot offer refunds for unused portions of the tour (e.g., missed meals or sites) once the trip has commenced.

4. Itinerary Changes and "Force Majeure"

  • Flexibility: We reserve the right to alter the itinerary, including hotels, guides, or specific sites due to local conditions, weather, or site availability.

  • Global Events: Preston Pathway Tours is not liable for changes or cancellations caused by "Force Majeure" events, including but not limited to war or regional conflict (including instability involving Iran), civil unrest, government travel advisories, or natural disasters. In such cases, we will work with vendors to recover what we can, but refunds are not guaranteed.

5. Travel Insurance (Highly Recommended)

Preston Pathway Tours strongly advises all travelers to purchase comprehensive travel insurance. This should include coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and emergency evacuation. We are not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of insurance.

6. Fuel Surcharges and Market Volatility

  • Energy Market Adjustment: Due to skyrocketing fuel prices and global energy volatility resulting from international conflicts, we reserve the right to implement a fuel surcharge if airline or ground transportation costs increase significantly after your deposit is paid.

  • Price Lock: To avoid potential increases, guests are encouraged to pay in full at the time of booking to lock in the current rate. Any necessary adjustments will be communicated in writing as soon as they are confirmed by our providers.
